Sinan Oğan
Sinan Oğan (born 1 September 1967 in Iğdır) is a Turkish politician of Azerbaijani origin,〔(Head of Turkey-Azerbaijan association becomes deputy of Turkish parliament )〕 who won a seat in the Turkish parliament in 2011 with the right-wing Nationalist Movement Party.〔(Azeri Elected to Turkish Parliament ). ''Day.az''. 13 June 2011.〕 ==Life and education== Ogan was born on 1 September 1967 in Iğdır, Turkey. He graduated from the department of Management at Marmara University in 1989. From 1993 to 2000 Ogan worked as deputy dean at the Azerbaijan State Economic University. In 2000, he returned to Turkey and started working at the Center for Eurasian Strategic Studies on the Caucasus region. He laid the foundation of TURKSAM in 2004.〔 In 2009, Ogan received a doctor of philosophy degree in international relations and political science at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations.〔(Dr. Sinan OĞAN ).
